Refund policy
At Roarie Time, every tee is made just for you once you order. Because of that, we don't offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind, including ordering the wrong size or colour. Please check the size chart in the product photos before you buy.
Damaged, faulty or wrong items: report within 5 business days
If your tee arrives damaged, faulty, misprinted or isn't what you ordered, please email roarietime@gmail.com within 5 business days of receiving your order. Include:
- your order number
- a photo of the problem
We'll send a replacement or give you a full refund, whichever you prefer. You won't need to send the item back unless we ask.
After 5 business days
Claims about damage in transit, misprints or wrong items made more than 5 business days after delivery may not be eligible for this express replacement process. If you later find a genuine fault with your tee, contact us and we'll assess it under the Australian Consumer Law.
