OVERVIEW
Welcome to Roarie Time. The terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to Roarie Time. Roarie Time operates this store and website (roarietime.com.au), including all related information, content, features, tools, products and services, to provide you, the customer, with a curated shopping experience (the "Services"). Roarie Time is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.

These terms and conditions, together with any policies referenced in them (these "Terms of Service" or "Terms"), describe your rights and responsibilities when you use the Services. By visiting, interacting with or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you should not use or access our Services.

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies you have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other law that cannot be excluded.

SECTION 1 – ACCESS AND ACCOUNT
By agreeing to these Terms, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, or that you are using the Services with the involvement of a parent or guardian. You agree that all information you provide to us, including your email, billing, payment and shipping details, is correct, current and complete. You are responsible for keeping your account details secure and for all activity on your account.

SECTION 2 – OUR PRODUCTS
Roarie Time sells original, unofficial fan designs. Our products are not affiliated with, licensed or endorsed by the AFL or any AFL club.

We make every effort to show our products accurately. Colours and appearance may vary slightly from what you see on your screen, depending on your device and settings. We may change product descriptions, or discontinue any product, at any time. We may also limit the quantity of any product sold to any person or region.

SECTION 3 – ORDERS
When you place an order, you are making an offer to buy. Your order is accepted once we confirm it and receive payment. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if a product is unavailable or a pricing error occurs. If we do, we'll let you know and give you a full refund.

Because every tee is made just for you, we may not be able to cancel or change an order once it has been accepted. Returns and refunds are handled under our Refund Policy. You confirm that your purchases are for personal use and not for commercial resale.

SECTION 4 – PRICES AND BILLING
Prices are shown in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. Shipping costs are shown at checkout. Prices and promotions may change at any time. The price you pay is the price shown when you place your order.

You agree to provide current, complete and accurate payment details, and you confirm that you're authorised to use the payment method you provide.

SECTION 5 – SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs or events outside our control. Risk in the products passes to you on delivery. See our Shipping Policy for more detail.

SECTION 6 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The Roarie Time name, designs, artwork, text, images and other content on the Services are owned by Roarie Time or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You must not copy, reproduce, sell, modify or distribute any of our designs or content without our written permission. Shopify's name, logo and related marks are trademarks of Shopify. All other names and marks belong to their respective owners.

SECTION 7 – THIRD-PARTY TOOLS AND LINKS
The Services may include tools, content or links provided by third parties. We don't control them and aren't responsible for their content, accuracy or practices. Your use of any third-party tool or website is at your own risk and subject to that third party's terms.

SECTION 8 – RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY
Roarie Time is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you. However, any sales and purchases you make in our Store are made directly with Roarie Time. By using the Services, you acknowledge and agree that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of any sales between you and Roarie Time, including any injury, damage, or loss resulting from purchased products and services. You hereby expressly release Shopify and its affiliates from all claims, damages, and liabilities arising from or related to your purchases and transactions with Roarie Time.

SECTION 9 – PRIVACY
All personal information we collect through the Services is handled under our Privacy Policy. Some information may also be subject to Shopify's Privacy Policy (shopify.com/legal/privacy/app-users). Because the Services are hosted by Shopify, information you submit may be processed by Shopify and its service providers, including outside Australia.

SECTION 10 – FEEDBACK AND REVIEWS
If you send us feedback, reviews, photos or suggestions, you grant us a free, perpetual, worldwide licence to use, reproduce and publish them, including for marketing. For example, we may repost a photo you tagged #RoarieTime or @roarietime. You confirm that anything you send us is yours to share, is accurate, and doesn't infringe anyone else's rights.

SECTION 11 – ERRORS
The Services may occasionally contain typographical errors or inaccuracies, including in product descriptions, pricing or availability. We may correct any errors and update information at any time. We may also cancel orders affected by an error, in which case you'll receive a full refund.

SECTION 12 – PROHIBITED USES
You must not use the Services for any unlawful purpose, to infringe anyone's intellectual property, to harass or harm anyone, to transmit false or misleading information, to upload viruses or malicious code, or to scrape, copy or resell any part of the Services. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms.

SECTION 13 – DISCLAIMER
To the extent permitted by law, the Services are provided "as is" and "as available". Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies those guarantees or your rights under them.

SECTION 14 – LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Roarie Time is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of the Services or any product. Where our liability for failing to comply with a consumer guarantee can lawfully be limited, it is limited to replacing the goods, supplying equivalent goods, or paying the cost of replacing them. This clause does not limit any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.

SECTION 15 – INDEMNITY
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify Roarie Time and Shopify against any claims or losses arising from your breach of these Terms or your violation of any law or third-party rights.

SECTION 16 – SEVERABILITY AND ENTIRE AGREEMENT
If any part of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, it will be severed and the rest will continue to apply. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy and Shipping Policy, form the entire agreement between you and Roarie Time. If we don't enforce a right, that doesn't waive it.

SECTION 17 – GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. You and Roarie Time submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland.

SECTION 18 – CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We may update these Terms at any time by posting the changes on this page. The version in force when you place an order applies to that order.
